About Supportive Spaces Counseling

Welcome to Supportive Spaces Counseling — a place to slow down, breathe, and begin again.

Life can feel overwhelming, heavy, or uncertain at times. Whether you're a child struggling to express big feelings, a teen navigating complex emotions, or an adult carrying more than your share — you don’t have to walk it alone. At Supportive Spaces, we offer compassionate, nonjudgmental therapy grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and safe.

Our Philosophy

We believe therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life — our role is to help you discover your strengths, navigate challenges, and build tools that support your growth. Whether we’re using play, creativity, mindfulness, or evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, or Solution-Focused Therapy, our focus is always the same: to create a space where hope can take root.

This is not about fixing you — because you are not broken. It’s about learning to move forward with more self-understanding, self-compassion, and clarity.

About the Therapist

Hello, my name is Jennifer Doyle, LPC. I’ve worked with children, teens, and families for over 9 years, helping clients move through anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My background in child development, school systems, and clinical practice allows me to meet clients exactly where they are — whether that’s on the floor during play therapy or sitting with an adult navigating deep emotional wounds.

I bring warmth, calm, and a deep respect for each person's story. This work is my calling, and I am continually honored to walk alongside those seeking healing and growth.

Who We Help

We specialize in working with:
- Children & teens navigating emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
- Parents looking for support and strategies
- Adults seeking clarity, healing, or coping tools
- Individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief, or life transitions

We also support those who want to explore personal growth, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, or relationship patterns — not because something is “wrong,” but because life is simply hard sometimes.

What to Expect

Sessions are warm, respectful, and tailored to your needs. We take things at your pace. Some days might include deep work; other days might be about simply showing up and being held in a safe space.

We use a range of approaches depending on your needs, including:
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
- Mindfulness-based practices
